OUR PRODUCTS

Drying Oven HYDROS

Resin lines based on drying ovens HYDROS and catalysis ovens HERMES series system belong to the 2nd generation ovens and are a better alternative to conventional resin lines, offering wider functionality. They consist of two types of ovens: HYDROS, for instant drying and dehydration, and HERMES, for resin catalysis of epoxy, polyester and polyurethane systems . Both have a modular structure and can be easily integrated into an existing conventional resin line to save on investments or serve as a key component in a new line.

Catalysis Oven HERMES

HERMES is an oven designed specifically to work with resin catalysis of epoxy, polyester and polyurethane. Unlike traditional conventional resin lines, it does not require extensive space and resource waste, as it is fully electrical and it only operates when the slab pass through it, ensuring efficient consumption. Works exclusively with resin material to achieve optimal results.

Drying Oven IR 3500

Resin lines based on drying ovens IR 3500 and catalysis ovens MIR 3500 belong to the 3rd generation ovens, representing the most advanced systems available in the world market. They allow the processing of the most complicated materials, utilize the latest generations of epoxy, polyester and polyurethane resins, and maintain the highest production volumes for manufacturers. The system consists of two types of ovens: IR 3500 for instant drying and dehydration, and MIR 3500 for resin catalysis. Both have a modular structure and can be easily integrated into an existing conventional resin line to save on investments or serve as a key component in a new line.

Catalysis oven MIR 3500

The MIR 3500 is an oven designed specifically for resin catalysis. Unlike traditional conventional resin lines, it does not require significant space and extensive resource usage, as it is fully electric and operates solely with resin material to achieve optimal results. It can work solely for the catalysis of low and medium reaction resins (type 24 and 48 hours), and also with slow ones (type 72 hours) by adding a time-only accumulator, which also allows for touch-ups on the slabs. Currently, it is the only system in the world capable of curing the latest generation resins. It possesses the following features
