Drying Oven HYDROS
Resin lines based on drying ovens HYDROS and catalysis ovens HERMES series system belong to the 2nd generation ovens and are a better alternative to conventional resin lines, offering wider functionality. They consist of two types of ovens: HYDROS, for instant drying and dehydration, and HERMES, for resin catalysis of epoxy, polyester and polyurethane systems.
Both have a modular structure and can be easily integrated into an existing conventional resin line to save on investments or serve as a key component in a new line.

Whole Slab Drying and Dehydration:
Achieve simultaneous internal and external drying, dehydration, or defrosting of entire slabs in a continuous process, saving 40-45 minutes compared to conventional lines. The process takes only 2-3 minutes, depending on productivity. It offers an instant start and does not require a preheat or pre- start routine. Slabs can be treated right after the cutting process by gangsaws, multiwire machines achieving the slab drying and raising their body temperature to 35-38℃ for their subsequent resin application.

This oven excels in processing common types of natural stones, artificial stones (quartz or cristobalite- based), porcelain tiles, and ceramics..

Optimal Temperature Preparation:
