Drying Oven IR 3500
Resin lines based on drying ovens IR 3500 and catalysis ovens MIR 3500 belong to the 3rd generation ovens, representing the most advanced systems available in the world market. They allow the processing of the most complicated materials, utilize the latest generations of epoxy, polyester and polyurethane resins, and maintain the highest production volumes for manufacturers. The system consists of two types of ovens: IR 3500 for instant drying and dehydration, and MIR 3500 for resin catalysis. Both have a modular structure and can be easily integrated into an existing conventional resin line to save on investments or serve as a key component in a new line.

Benefits
IR 3500 is an innovative oven that offers the following benefits:
Whole Slab Drying and Dehydration:
Achieve simultaneous internal and external drying, dehydration, or defrosting of entire slabs in a continuous process, saving 40-45 minutes compared to conventional lines. The process takes only 2-3 minutes, depending on productivity. It offers an instant start, does not require preheating or a pre- start routine. Slabs can be treated right after the cutting process, ensuring stable results in high- volume manufacturing. The slabs can be treated immediately after the gangsaw and multi-thread cutting process, drying and raising temperature to 35-38oC for subsequent resin application.
Material Versatility:
This oven excels in processing natural stones (of all scientifically known types), artificial stones (quartz or cristobalite-based), porcelain tiles, and ceramics, making it a game-changer in the exotic stone market segment.
Improved Material Acceptance:
Facilitates the adhesion and filtration of the resin during the application phase, improving overall quality.
Optimal Temperature Preparation:
Prepares slabs for the required temperature of 35-38 °C to initiate the resin application phase, ensuring precision in production.
Modular Structure:
The oven features a modular structure that can be easily upgraded to increase efficiency and productivity, making it a responsible and client- friendly solution in the global market. It can be combined in line with ovens of other series if the process requires.
Climate-Adaptive Design:
Suitable for operation in any climate zone, delivering consistent results regardless of environmental humidity and workshop temperature. It is not affected by external environmental conditions, working the same in both cold and hot seasons.

Space-Efficient Placement:
The IR 3500 offers an innovative option for the over-top placement of existing conventional lines without requiring typical foundations. This eliminates the need for additional metal frames and reduces maintenance expenses.
Cost-Effective Solution:
Consequently, the acquisition, installation, and production costs of the IR 3500 are 30% lower than those of conventional systems, making it a financially prudent choice.
Environmental and
Staff Safety:
It does not emit hazardous radiation or vapors harmful to operators.
